Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist with a master's degree or higher to join a remote team dedicated to supporting K-12 students in Idaho. This part-time role offers the opportunity to provide occupational therapy services that help students develop essential skills for academic success and daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote occupational therapy services, including evaluations, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that address each student's unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into students' educational and daily routines.
Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct therapy sessions and interact effectively with students.
Assess and track students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Maintain accurate, confidential records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
Offer guidance and strategies to teachers and parents to support students' functional abilities and active participation.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (OT).
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Idaho.
At least 2 years of experience providing occupational therapy services in K-12 educational settings is preferred.
Strong understanding of K-12 educational processes and therapy best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Salary: $ 40.00 48.00 Per Hour
