Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and responsible R.O. Ski Patrol member to ensure the safety of guests at our ski resort. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and patrol the ski slopes, respond to emergencies, provide first aid when necessary, and assist in enforcing safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Excellent skiing or snowboarding skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions

**Responsibilities:**
- Patrol designated ski areas to ensure the safety of guests
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Enforce safety regulations and assist in educating guests about safe skiing practices
- Collaborate with ski resort staff and other members of the ski patrol team
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities during patrols
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on emergency procedures and safety protocols

**Additional Requirements:**
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required
