Project Manager - Commercial Roofing/Construction

Direct Hire

Salary: $60K - $75K annually
Schedule : 7:00AM -3:30PM Monday - Friday

MUST have Commercial Roofing or Commercial Construction experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will manage pre-construction, construction and close out processes for our commercial roofing projects. The role is responsible for ensuring the company meets its goals and performance requirements on each project, producing a positive result and
experience for our clients.

The Project Manager assures us that all project-related administrative work is completed including but not limited to scheduling, material ordering, inspections, change orders, and other project needs. All while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and communication possible with our staff, crews, customers, vendors, and manufacturers.

Description:

• Manages multiple projects - overseeing the schedule, budget, order adjustments, warranty requests and overall client satisfaction of each project
• Studies project specifications and contracts to plan procedures for construction, ensuring start and finish times, safety, quality, and labor requirements are met for each project
• Follow pre-construction processes to successfully pass a project from sales to field operations
• Orders materials, equipment and labor needed for each project and coordinates the timely arrival of each
• Work with project superintendents to set/organize/maintain labor schedule for each project
• Follow up with vendors, manufacturers, and customers to ensure every project is staying on track
• Coordinate, attend and facilitate project meetings
• Work closely with Senior Project Manager, Project Superintendents and Business Development
• Communicate updates to client on schedule, production, workflow, and close-out
• Develop and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Construction background required
• Minimum 2 years project coordination experience required
• Minimum 1 year Commercial Roofing background required
• Comprehension of construction documents, submittals and contracts required
• Follow up oriented
• Superior attention to detail
• Organizational Skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
