About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a talented Junior Real Estate Attorney to join the hive on behalf of our client in their Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group with the option to office in either Austin TX or Nashville TN. This role offers an exciting path to career growth and advancement within a collaborative team that focuses on acquisition development and largescale community projects for builders and developers across the U.S.

Your Mission:

• Real Estate Transactions : Handle acquisition disposition and development transactions for mixeduse residential resort and commercial properties (real estate transactions property law contract management).
• Legal Drafting : Apply strong writing skills to draft complex legal documents for real estate transactions (legal drafting attention to detail).
• Collaborative Practice : Work in a teambased environment engaging with colleagues to deliver toptier services to clients (team collaboration communication).
• Client Management : Build and maintain client relationships providing legal guidance on real estate development matters (client relations advisory).

Core Competencies:

• Real Estate Law : Proven experience in property acquisition development and community planning.
• Legal Drafting : Expertise in drafting detailed legal documents and contracts.
• ClientFocused : Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client management.
• Collaboration Skills : Teamoriented with a strong ability to work well in a collaborative legal setting.

What You Bring:

• Qualifications : JD with 24 years of experience in real estate transactions preferably in mixeduse residential or commercial developments.
• Academic Excellence : Strong academic credentials; transcript required.
• Writing Proficiency : Exceptional skills in complex legal drafting.
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with clients effectively.

Skills Required:

• Real Estate Transactions : Acquisition disposition development mixeduse and residential real estate.
• Legal Drafting : Precision in drafting contracts and complex legal documentation.
• Client Relations : Strong relationshipbuilding skills for client engagement.
• Strategic Planning : Ability to assist in strategic planning for large development projects.

Certifications:

• State Bar Admission : Licensed to practice law in Texas or Tennessee or eligible for admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
