The value you'll bring: The HR + Operations Specialist (Part-Time) will leverage a proficient knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits administration to learn and execute existing People + Culture processes to help ensure the smooth operations of the department. Additionally, they will support the overall success of Managed Solution by providing administrative support within the Operations team. This individual will primarily work from our office and will be responsible for executing a broad range of functions. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Shift + Availability: Monday through Friday, hours to be agreed upon based on Company needs.
Work Location/Remote Status: To support the needs of the business, this position will primarily work from our Company headquarters, located in San Diego, CA . Very occasionally, remote work or other flexible arrangements may be approved.
Other Requirements: This position generally requires possession of a California drivers' license, acceptable driving history, and access to reliable personal transportation, as the role will require occasional on-the-job driving. Applicants who do not possess these qualifications must demonstrate a reasonable alternative mechanism for meeting the essential functions of the job.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone. The essential functions of this job require: the ability to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time; to manipulate objects with fine and gross motor skills; to communicate in written and spoken English; to hear; to utilize close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Compensation & Benefits*
Base Wage Range: $31.25 to $38.00 per hour
Managed Solution considers a range of factors when determining an appropriate wage. Such factors include but are not limited to: years of related experience, industry knowledge, formal education, relevant certifications, and geographic location. Candidates should note that it is not typical for new hires to enter a position at the highest end of a position’s pay range. Wages are paid as earned and in accordance with Company policies.
